The 1970s-era comic strip “Broom-Hilda”, created by cartoonist Russell Myers, is set to possibly become a movie after having its rights purchased by “Tales From the Crypt” series/movie producers, Gilbert Adler and Jason Rosenberg.
“Broom-Hilda” has already received the television treatment from Filmation’s Fabulous Funnies series, as seen in this episode of “Flying High”, voiced by the legendary June Foray and written by Sam Simon, who would go on to help produce a little something called “The Simpsons”, among his other many credits.
