We are about a week removed from Thanksgiving, and the Friday of Blackness thereafter. Most of the major retailers have posted the sales they have planned, but some manufacturers are offering their own sales to every store. Nintendo is doing this with the $99 New 3DS, and Activision is doing it as well with a discounted Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
At $60, it doesn’t look like the price sticker has changed at first, but that’s before you notice it’s the Legacy Edition that contains Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered — an addition nearly everybody buying the game wants, and it ordinarily inflates the price to $100.
Activision is also discounting their new Skylanders Imaginators set to $39.99 (from an MSRP of 74.99). These prices take effect Black Friday at GameStop, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Amazon.com and possibly other locations.
Award-winning studio Infinity Ward breaks new ground in storytelling in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, by exploring the weight of leadership and the responsibilities that come with it in an emotional, character-driven narrative set in the outer limits of the earth. In addition to a riveting single player campaign, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare also delivers a robust multiplayer mode, and a unique cooperative zombies experience.
With the Legacy Edition, franchise fans can feed their nostalgic urges with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered including the critically-acclaimed campaign mode and multiplayer remastered in true high-definition.
