- OUTSTANDING SHORT-FORMAT ANIMATED PROGRAM: Regular Show: “Eggscellent” (Cartoon Network)
- OUTSTANDING VOICE-OVER PERFORMANCE: Maurice LaMarche as Clamps, Donbot, Hyperchicken, Calculon, Hedonismbot, Morbo in Futurama: “The Silence of the Clamps” (Comedy Central)
- OUTSTANDING INDIVIDUAL ACHIEVEMENT IN ANIMATION:
- Jill Daniels, Background Paint, Phineas & Ferb “Doof Dynasty” (Disney Channel)
- Bill Schwab, Character Design, Prep & Landing “Naughty Vs. Nice” (ABC)
- Robertryan Cory, Character Design, Secret Mountain Fort Awesome, “Nightmare Sauce” (Cartoon Network)
